Sky Women's Health is an out-of-network concierge gynecology practice. Visits are paid directly through a membership or per visit and are not billed to insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Labs and Pap smears may still be billed to your insurance, FSA and HSA funds are accepted, superbills are available on request, and financing is offered for costs over $1,000.

Payment and insurance FAQs

Do you take insurance?

No. Sky Women's Health is out-of-network with all insurance plans and is not enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. Visits are paid through membership or per visit, while labs and Pap smears may still be billed to your insurance.

Is hormone therapy covered by insurance?

Your visits with Dr. Moyers are paid directly to the practice. Hormone prescriptions are filled at your own pharmacy, where your prescription coverage applies, and related labs may be billed to your insurance.

Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?

Some plans offer out-of-network benefits. Ask us for a superbill, an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. FSA and HSA funds can be used for eligible healthcare services.

How much is a Pap smear without insurance?

At Sky Women's Health, the Pap smear lab test may be billed to your insurance even though the visit is not. If you have no insurance, call 817-915-9803 and our team will explain the cost of the visit and lab before your appointment.
