Sky Women's Health is a concierge gynecology practice in Fort Worth, Texas, founded by Dr. Carolyn Moyers, DO, FACOG, MSCP, IF. The practice specializes in perimenopause, menopause, hormonal health and women's sexual health, and also provides full gynecology care, osteopathic manipulative treatment and minimally invasive surgery in an unhurried, membership-based setting.
Dr. Moyers is one of fewer than 1% of providers in the United States who offers osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT) — and at Sky Women's Health, it's part of how she treats the whole person, not just the chief complaint. She uses OMT to calm an overactive stress response, support postoperative recovery, and address the musculoskeletal and nervous system changes of pregnancy and postpartum
In addition to traditional gynecology care, Dr. Moyers is an expert in pelvic floor pain, sexual health, menopause care, and minimally invasive surgery using the da Vinci® robotic surgical system. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) and a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH).

What is concierge gynecology?
Concierge gynecology is a model in which patients pay the practice directly, through a membership or per visit, instead of the practice billing insurance for appointments. Without insurance-driven time limits, appointments are longer, patients can reach their doctor directly, and care focuses on prevention and root causes. At Sky Women's Health, labs and Pap smears may still be billed to your insurance, and FSA and HSA funds are accepted.
Our story
Dr. Moyers named the practice after the book Half the Sky, which takes its title from the Chinese proverb "Women hold up half the sky." The book's stories of women who survived violence and injustice moved her to become part of the solution: a practice where women are heard, believed and given the time and care they deserve.

Our clinic is at 1125 S Henderson St, Fort Worth, TX 76104, and patients regularly travel from Arlington, Benbrook, Burleson, Mansfield, Keller, Southlake, North Richland Hills, Weatherford, Grapevine and Westlake. Consultations and follow-ups are also available by telehealth for patients located in Texas.

Is concierge medicine worth it?
It depends on what you need. For women with complex hormonal, sexual health or midlife concerns, longer visits and direct access to a specialist often save time, repeat appointments and frustration. If you only need an occasional routine visit, fee-for-service visits may suit you better, and Sky Women's Health offers both.
How does concierge gynecology work with insurance?
Sky Women's Health is out-of-network with all insurance plans and is not enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. You pay for visits directly through membership or per visit. Labs and Pap smears may be billed to your insurance, superbills are available on request, and FSA and HSA funds are accepted.

125 S Henderson St, Fort Worth, TX 76104. Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and telehealth visits are available for patients located in Texas.
