Payment and Insurance

MEMBERSHIP: At Sky Women’s Health, your wellness is our priority. As a membership-based practice, we focus on providing personalized, comprehensive care through integrative gynecology and osteopathic medicine. Memberships are designed for your convenience and can be paid annually or in monthly installments.

Dr. Moyers is in-network with BCBS PPO insurance, allowing you to use your insurance benefits for covered services. We collect co-pays and deductibles as required by your plan.

Please note, Dr. Moyers is not in-network with Medicare/Medicaid.

For out-of-network patients, membership includes access to all visits, annual lab testing, pap smears, and direct communication with Dr. Moyers. We offer transparent pricing for labs, in-house sonography, and gynecological procedures. Upon request, we provide itemized receipts so you can submit claims to your insurance.

FEE FOR SERVICE: If you're not in need of frequent visits or concierge services but still want extended, personalized care, we offer pay-per-visit options with simple, transparent pricing. You’ll enjoy longer visits without long wait times.

All visits, labs, and pap smears can be filed to insurance, and you can use your FSA/HSA dollars to cover healthcare expenses.

FINANCING OPTIONS: We understand that healthcare expenses can add up. That’s why we offer financing options for costs over $1,000, allowing you to pay over time.
